When will you be opening outside London?
It would be great to have an Orée Bakery in everyone’s neighbourhood. We have been receiving requests and would love to expand outside London, someday maybe! Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about our plans.

Do you ever run out of treats?
We unfortunately do, as all our products are baked daily and that we never keep anything overnight.

Do you make birthday and celebration cakes?
We do! You can either visit our bakeries directly (we recommend visiting in the morning to make sure we have most of our cakes available) or order our birthday and celebration cakes online. Please allow 48h prior to delivery or pick up.

Are Orée products Kosher or Halal?
Our bakeries are not certified Kosher or Hallal but all our pastries, baked goods and morning pasties are made with Kosher and Hallal ingredients including Kosher and Hallal certified beef gelatine in our fine pastries. Some of our savouries include nevertheless pork in some products and are therefore not suitable, please feel free to ask your local bakery.

Are any of your products suitable for vegans?
While our baked goods and pastries aren’t suitable if you are vegan, our bread is a great option for vegans as it does not contain any dairy or eggs.

Are any of your products Gluten-free?
We prepare some of our products with gluten-free ingredients, these include a specific bread, flourless brownies, cannelés, cookies and the financiers. These are great options if you are looking for a gluten-free ingredients treat. However, as we also bake products with gluten, our products are not suitable for coeliacs as there could be cross-contaminations with our wheat.

Where do you source your ingredients?
We favour locally sourced and sustainable suppliers for the majority of our ingredients. Our flour is sourced in France, to respect the authenticity and ingredients that make French bread a worldwide reference.

What is online ordering?
We offer a pre-order service for customers via our website. Orders can be made for collection or delivery, 7 days a week.

Can I order over the phone or via email?
All orders must be placed online at www.oree.co.uk.

Do you offer Click & Collect in my local bakery?
Yes. Click & Collect is available in all of our bakeries.

Does my local bakery deliver?
Please refer to our catchment area by entering your address on our online shop section to find out if we deliver to your address, all Orée bakeries deliver.

Not at the moment.

Is there a delivery charge?
The delivery fee can vary according to the location of the delivery.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum for delivery or collection

When do I need to place my preorder by?
Orders can be placed whenever you’d like. Please note that our Birthday and Celebration cakes are to be ordered 48h prior to delivery or collection.

Can I send my delivery to a different address?
You can add as many addresses as you want.

How is the food delivered?
We partner with a third-party courier company.

How can I contact you?

What if my order is late or has missing items?
If something is likely to delay your order we’ll always endeavour to try and call to warn you. If you have not heard from us and your delivery is late, please contact your local Orée bakery.

Will you let me know when the food is ready for collection/delivery?
We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been placed, immediately after ordering. The delivery/collection time can be found on your confirmation email or in your account for reference.

What happens if I’m not around when the food arrives?
Our driver will call you. If we can’t reach you, we’re afraid we will have to return the food to the bakery. We won’t be able to refund uncollected orders.

What happens if I don’t collect my order?
All orders placed online are baked fresh to order. For this reason, we won’t be able to refund uncollected orders. Please note that we don’t keep the food overnight.

How can I pay?
Our website accepts all credit and debit cards, except American Express. We don’t accept cash.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
All our products listed on the website have allergen information available to our customers to make an informed choices or decision. Due to the risk of Cross- contamination, we may NOT be able to guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens or suitable for coeliacs.

Do I have to re-heat the food?
Our food is freshly made, to order, and we don’t recommend re-heating it.

What are you order terms & conditions?
We make all of our food fresh, by hand, in our kitchens. Please be aware that all food may contain traces of allergens.
We do our best to ensure that our seasonal menu is prepared for you exactly as ordered, but sometimes we may need to offer a substitution.
When selecting delivery time slots, please allow plenty of time for your order as we are at the mercy of London or urban traffic which can be unpredictable.

What is you cancellaton policy?
All of our food is freshly made to order. We understand that you may need to cancel your order and we are happy to do so with no charge by 12pm two days before your collection or delivery date.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders cancelled after this time. Please note that this cancellation policy is valid for Click & Collect and delivery orders placed with us on our website (www.oree.co.uk) or through a catering partner.
